Nexa Law Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 10209198 and its registered office is at Suite 2, Salop House, 13 Salop Road, Oswestry, Shropshire SY11 2NR ("Nexa Law"). If Zahrah Aullybocus is instructed to carry out any legal work, it is all provided through Nexa Law, and any engagement for legal services will be with Nexa Law.
This website is not owned or operated by Nexa Law. This website is intended solely to market the services of Zahrah Aullybocus and is owned and operated by Conveyancing Fairy for that purpose. Prohibited uses
You may not use our site:

- To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
- In any way that involves child sexual exploitation or abuse.
- To upload terrorist content.
You also agree:
- Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of our terms of website use.
- Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our site; any equipment or network on which our site is stored; any software used in the provision of our site; or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
Interactive services
We may provide interactive services including video-sharing facilities, chat rooms, bulletin boards. Where provided, we will give clear information about moderation. We assess risks (especially for children) but are not obliged to oversee, monitor or moderate interactive services; we exclude liability for loss arising from their use contrary to content standards.
Use by minors requires parental/guardian consent. Moderation is not foolproof. Where moderated, a contact method for the moderator will normally be provided.
Content standards
These standards apply to any material you contribute (Contribution). Standards apply to each part and the whole. We decide at our discretion if standards are breached.
A Contribution must be accurate (facts), genuinely held (opinions), and comply with law in England & Wales and any country from which posted.
A Contribution must not:
- Be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
- Bullying, insulting, intimidating or humiliating content.
- Promote sexually explicit material or include child sexual abuse material.
- Promote violence or discrimination (race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age).
- Infringe copyright, database right or trade mark.
- Deceive any person.
- Breach any legal duty (contractual or confidence).
- Promote illegal content or activity.
- Be in contempt of court.
- Threaten, abuse, invade privacy, cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
- Harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent identity or affiliation.
- Give impression it emanates from Conveyancing Fairy if not.
- Incite, advocate or assist any unlawful act (e.g. copyright infringement, computer misuse).
- Encourage terrorism or include statements understood as encouragement to commit acts of terrorism.
- Contain advertising or promote services/web links (except as expressly permitted).
Video contributions
You must notify us immediately if you upload video containing criminal material (terrorism, sexual exploitation of children, child pornography, racism, xenophobia), R18 or similar restricted material. Prohibited: harmful material; advertising for tobacco, e-cigarettes, prescription-only medicines; alcohol aimed at under 18s or encouraging immoderate consumption.
Advertising in videos must not: prejudice human dignity; promote discrimination; encourage behaviour prejudicial to health/safety or grossly prejudicial to the environment; cause detriment to under 18s; exploit inexperience or credulity; encourage persuasion of parents/others; exploit trust; unreasonably show minors in dangerous situations.
You must use site functionality to declare whether a video contains advertising.
Breach of this policy
Breach is a material breach of terms of use. Actions we may take:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of site use rights.
- Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of Contributions.
- Issue of a warning.
- Legal proceedings for reimbursement of costs (including administrative and legal costs).
- Further legal action.
- Disclosure to law enforcement as required.
We exclude liability for the actions we take in response to breaches; actions are not limited to those listed.
Transfer
We can transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party provided this does not adversely affect your rights.
Jurisdiction
Consumers: English law; courts of England & Wales (with NI/Scotland exceptions). Businesses: English law; exclusive jurisdiction of England & Wales courts.
