You must notify us immediately if you upload video containing criminal material (terrorism, sexual exploitation of children, child pornography, racism, xenophobia), R18 or similar restricted material. Prohibited: harmful material; advertising for tobacco, e-cigarettes, prescription-only medicines; alcohol aimed at under 18s or encouraging immoderate consumption.

Advertising in videos must not: prejudice human dignity; promote discrimination; encourage behaviour prejudicial to health/safety or grossly prejudicial to the environment; cause detriment to under 18s; exploit inexperience or credulity; encourage persuasion of parents/others; exploit trust; unreasonably show minors in dangerous situations.

You must use site functionality to declare whether a video contains advertising.

Breach of this policy

Breach is a material breach of terms of use. Actions we may take:
